Zion and Bryce

Last year, I asked if I could teach this great program called The Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at the high school. They are letting me co-teach with a women who is going to retire next year. Yes, that is right I get to play a lot. So this class is a blast to teach and it is right up my alley. I have been sad that I don't get to teach outside much but with this class we go on a lot of field trips. About a month ago we went to Bryce and Zion National Park. I had a blast. Here are a few of the highlights.
